U.S. shipping rates

Standard shipping for Homebody Paws slippers is $4.95 for orders below $50 and free for orders of $50 or more. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. The current two-pair ($59.90) and three-pair ($83.85) bundles qualify for free U.S. shipping. Your applicable rate is displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is approximately 19 days from placing your order, including processing and shipping. This is a combined estimate, not 19 days plus a separate processing period. Actual timing can vary by destination, carrier operations, and holiday demand. This estimate is not a guarantee of delivery on a particular date, including Christmas.

Tracking and delays

We will send shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to show the carrier's first scan. If we learn that an unshipped order will miss the stated estimate, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.

Address issues and missing parcels

Check your address before ordering. Email purrstepshop@gmail.com promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery area and contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Packaging and service area

Slippers are shipped without a shoe box unless otherwise stated. Delivery is available only to destinations accepted at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need help confirming service to your address.
